Return Request

Unless authorized, all parts sales are final.  SweepScrub has the right to refuse returns on any item for any reason.  Some items are strictly non-returnable without exception (e.g. batteries, Diamabrush, specially sealed electronic parts, any part delivered outside of the United States, items shipped to freight forwarders). If SweepScrub determines to waive in whole or part its policies and accept any return, there will be a minimum 20% restocking fee. Return requests can be made up to 30 days after product(s) ship.

Not all parts are eligible for return. Once your request is submitted we will contact you with next steps on the return process.

Refunds are issued once returned goods pass inspection and are returned to us in sellable condition.
